Nancy Lawrence, Broker/Owner
Nancy has been in the real estate business for over twenty years and is the broker and owner of Lawrence Realty. She was born and raised in Houston County and loves calling Houston County her home! Whether you’re wanting to sell, buy, lease, or just have a simple question, Nancy would love to work with you. It’s very important to Nancy that she do her very best for each client. As you know, buying and selling Real Estate can be very stressful and Nancy will do everything in her power to make it a good experience. Nancy and her husband, Robert, have been married for 37 years and are blessed with a daughter, Courtney. Nancy enjoys spending time with her grandsons, family, and friends when she is not working.

Angela Joslen, Office Manager
Angela is your first stop at Lawrence Realty. She coordinates all of the showings for our agents, handles all incoming calls and emails, and manages the office listings. Angela has 6 years of banking experience and is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator. Her background gives her exceptional customer service skills and knowledge of all aspects of a real estate transactions. Angela is a lifelong Houston County resident. She is graduate of Lovelady High School and attended Sam Houston State University. Angela is very familiar with the area we service and knows all of our listings. She’s able to quickly direct clients in the right direction to make their dreams a reality. Holding the title of “Office Manager” requires many daily duties and can be extremely hectic and stressful. However, Angela thrives in these types of situations and is always friendly, kind, and helpful. She looks forward to working with you in the future!
Angela and her husband, Bugs, are blessed with a 9-year old son, Rhyder. Angela enjoys spending time with her family and friends when she’s not working.

Angie Currie, Agent
Angie has been a real estate agent for 15 years. She was licensed and worked as an agent in San Antonio and continued with Lawrence Real Estate when she her and husband Randy moved back home to East Texas in 2012. As a military spouse, she has extensive experience packing up and moving to a new city, finding a house and getting settled. She understands how stressful buying or selling a home can be and is committed to easing that burden as much as possible by keeping her clients fully informed during the process.
Now that they have retired from the military … and hopefully finished with all the moving…Angie divides her time between family (including 6 grandkids), children’s ministry at church, and exploring the beautiful countryside of East Texas searching for the perfect property for her clients.

Bob Welch, Agent

Gina McDaniel, Agent
Gina McDaniel works hard to deliver smooth real estate transactions to every client. She embodies integrity, honesty and respect for others. She grew up in Kennard and then lived in Houston for fifteen years before returning to Houston County with her husband and children to make their home in her husband’s hometown of Lovelady. Gina received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Sam Houston State University in Education. She taught in Lovelady ISD and was Elementary Site Coordinator for the ACE Program in Latexo ISD.
Gina’s interest in real estate began while living in Houston and grew as she and her husband bought and sold properties. Her real estate career began in 2006, and she has represented both buyers and sellers in all aspects of real estate since that time. She enjoys helping clients find that perfect property they are looking for whether it is their first home, dream home, weekend-get-away, or investment property. She feels her knowledge of the county is instrumental in the search. The lending industry is very complex today, and Gina also helps buyer’s find reputable lenders who can offer the right financing.
Faith and family are the two most important factors in Gina’s life. She and her husband of thirty-eight years enjoy spending time with their children, grandchildren and extended family whether it is a day at the lake water skiing or a relaxing day of fishing and outdoor activities at their family farm. Eliesa Wright, Agent
Eliesa Wright got into real estate because she loves helping people. She is good at getting to know someone, assessing what their wants and needs are, and finding it for them. She attended Sam Houston State University and has a bachelor’s degree in animal science and equine science. She completed her real estate courses at Champions School of Real Estate in 2016 and worked with buyers, sellers, and landlords in Harris, Montgomery, and Walker counties until she moved to Crockett and joined Lawrence Realty.
She and her husband Orrin have two young daughters, Cheyenne and Charlotte. They enjoy spending time together outdoors, working cows, fishing, hunting and riding horses. In her spare time, Eliesa is busy riding her horses and showing in NRHA reining competitions. Being a lifelong horse owner herself, she can use that experience to help you find the perfect property for you and your animals!
